If the customer cancel the booking up to 72 hours before arrival, he will pay 100% of the total amount.
If the customer canceled the booking up to 10 days before arrival. He pays 70% of the total amount.
If the customer shortens his stay on arrival, he will pay 100% of the total amount.
If the guest prolongs his / her stay on arrival, we allow a discount of 10%.
