HOUSE RULES
-All electrical appliances (excluding air conditioner and heating), faucets, doors and windows need to be closed when exiting the house. Owner is not responsible for guest belongings.
-Weapons, explosive and hazardous chemicals are not allowed on the property.
-Any type of flammable material (example fuel in canister) and flammable product is not allowed inside the property.
-Any material with open flame like candle is not allowed to be used inside the house.
-Appliances that are not part of personal hygiene and those that generate or radiate heat like iron or water kettle are not allowed inside the house.
-Moving furniture between rooms is not allowed.
-Amenities of the house (like towels, cutlery, dishes, painting, etc.) are not allowed to be taken out from the apartment.
-Host is not responsible for the guest valuables left in the house or anywhere on the property. Safe will be available to the guest for storing valuables.
-House is inspected by the host before guest arrival to insure everything is working properly. Guest needs to visually inspect the house on arrival and report any concerns to the host. Any damage in the house needs to be reported immediately to the host so unexpected charges are avoided. House will be inspected by the host before guest departure.
-List of appliances in the house: cutlery, complete set of dishes, glasses, coffee cups, kettle, mixer, toaster, two ring stove and four ring stove in the apartment on the first floor, extraction hood in the kitchen, under counter fridge, big fridge with freezer in the apartment on the first floor, additional fridge with freezer in the basement, dishwasher in the apartment on the first floor, oven in the apartment on the first floor, microwave, garbage can, hair drier, radio clock, LCD TV, DVD player (DivX), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning unit (total of 8 units), washing machine in the basement (washing soap not provided), vacuum cleaner and iron with the ironing table in the basement.
-List of appliances outside the house: Barbecue Gas Grill, Wooden sitting area, Garden furniture, Sunbathing Furniture, Hot tub, children playground.
-House will supply 1 set of linen for each bed and 1 bathroom towel per person.
-House does not supply: toilet paper and any kind of soap.
Terms and conditions
GENERAL TERMS
-Price includes complete utilities and all items listed in the house rules.
-House is available from 15:00 hrs on the day of the guest arrival and must be vacant by 09:00 hrs on the day of the guest departure.
-Quiet hours of the house start at 23:00 hours until 08:00 hours. As courtesy to other guest in the neighborhood in these hours you are asked to refrain from loud shouting and singing, as well as use of excessive volume on electronic devices outside the property.
-If no show house is on reserve until 12:00 of the next day after which reservation is void.
-Breakage deposit of 300 Euros is collected on arrival and returned on departure
-Rent available 7/10/12/14 days. If rent is 7 days arrival is on Saturday.
