Central Dalmatia is a county in the Croatian region of Dalmatia. It lies in central Dalmatia, surrounding the city of Split, and extends from the Adriatic Sea to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina. It also includes the offshore islands, the largest of which are Brač, Hvar, and Vis. It covers an area of 4,540 km² and has a population of 420,149. The administrative center is Split.
