Villa Fragola in Tinjan is a detached house on the outskirts of a quiet village in the Istrian inland.
Distance to the nearest neighboring house is 100 m, and offers guests the tranquility and privacy. It is surrounded by 5,000 m² lawn and beautiful forest and is ideal for families with children.
On a total of 90 m² living space are the spacious living room and dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and three bedrooms. The capacity is for 6 + 1 person.
The equipment consists of air conditioning, satellite TV, fireplace, refrigerator + freezer, stove (gas and electricity), microwave, washing machine, barbecue.
The house has a pool of 40 m² and outbuilding of 36 m² with a summer terrace, kitchen and fireplace, bathroom with toilet and utility room.
Accessibility of the location is ideal for guests who want to visit the abundant natural and cultural events in Istria, which can all be reached in 30 minutes. Porec can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
For the leisure activities available to guests bicycles, table tennis, children's playground, bowling alley, bowling, darts, hiking and biking trails are available.
From the host, you can purchase a variety of fresh agricultural products, honey, fruit, vegetables, juices and more.

Directions
The village Milinki located 300 meters from the main road Porec - Pazin, in a distance of 18 km from Porec, 10 km from Pazin. On this road there is a sign saying "Milinki" in both directions.
After the turn of the road, at the sign above, our house is the first on the left.
Access to the house is completely paved.
Neighborhood
The house is situated just outside the village Milinki (community Tinjan) in which 14 households and 50 people are. It is a quiet village, whose inhabitants operate additionally agriculture, and therefore able to offer guests fresh local produce. In the village and its surroundings there are no sources of pollution in any form. In the village, about 200 meters from our house, there is a restaurant - pizzeria, which is particularly suitable for guests.
