Description
The house is 180 sqm, built in the late 19th century stone, in the way in which the inhabitants have built the traditional Istrian house.
Unique building, where two rooms on the ground floor and first floor are used for sleeping guests and a large kitchen on the ground floor and terrace, lounge with barbecue, wine and music.
In the courtyard are tables and chairs for 20 people, outdoor shower, grill, outdoor toilet.
Behind the house and inside the fence are four parking spaces.
The house has a common area where the washing machine and landfill equipment for the beach, shopping carts, bicycles...
The house is also suitable for three families traveling together, because each has its own kitchen and bathroom, and the courtyard can be used together.
NOTE: for stays longer than 2 weeks, with the owner of a discount may be agreed
The House is rented year round.
In the period from 24.12. - 03.01. the house is rented on request.
