This house is located in a different four-star stone house in (sleeps 8/4 doubles) and can be booked together.
About the house:
The house has two individually designated double room (for max. 4 adults) with private bath and separate entrances. An elegant dining room with combined kitchen is very functional decoration. A large fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, kettle, toaster is also included. The living room, in the extension to the kitchen equipped with a retractable Lederkautsch could sleep on any other two people. The house has air conditioning on two floors and two balconies. Additional heating is provided in the living room by free-standing radiator and the fireplace.
A perfect chill-out area offers atrium with dining table outdoors where you can spend lazy afternoons in his shadow. You can safely leave your pets off the leash.
The four-star house has been renovated and furnished, that the "real world" can leave behind and the everyday world forgets times. Here you can let yourself go completely withdraw and besides relaxing massages, marine walks, sunbathing and swimming enjoy your well deserved vacation. The romantic fishing village Zaton, a quiet bay on the edge of the National Park Krka, in combination with the fascinated stone house, makes this place a very special place.

Neighborhood
The house is positioned in the center of Zaton and takes a look at the bay, as well as the surrounding pine and olive trees. Because of the quiet simplicity of the local natives to quickly get the feeling one is at on a remote island.
Just steps from the house and you are right in front of the sea. Approximately 10 minute walk and you are at the local beach surrounded by fragrant pine trees for shade. As with most Croatian beaches here stone or concrete platforms are built, which are comfortable to walk on. The traditional fishing village Zaton offers a good local fresh market, shops and restaurants, but to explore the immediate sites and landscapes, you will need a car.
The stone house is about 45 to 60 minutes away from the airport Split or Zadar. Distances:
The city of Split is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Trogir is a 45-minute drive from Zaton. Primosten is 30 minutes. Šibenik is only 10 minutes drive away where you can drive you from Zaton a private boat. The Krka National Park is a 30-minute ride and Vodice is only 10 minutes away. To the center of Zadar it takes about 60 minutes.
