The apartment - Marijeta is located on the ground floor of the house.
The property is barrier-free accessible for wheelchairs / seniors / children /
(Easily accessible, no stairs / steps, with wide doors), 1 bathroom - Toilet / WC and bath with holder handles.
Covered patio with awning, BBQ terrace, large garden.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (cooker 2 + 2, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, full crockery and cutlery etc.), dining room and 3 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom and access to a large terrace.
-Nr.1 - Bedroom: double bed, bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath (washing machine) and terrace.
-Nr.2 - Bedroom: double bed, single bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and terrace.
-Nr.3- Bedroom: double bed, sofa bed for 1-2 persons, bathroom with shower, toilet and terrace.
Both apartments have:
digital television and wireless internet, equipment for water cooling of high quality AQUA VIVA, washing machine and dishwasher.
At guests' disposal are available:
two barbecue areas, a coal and a barbecue with gas, sink and drinking water, outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols, large and well equipped terrace for 20 people and a children's playground with swings.
A beautifully landscaped Garden 1500 m², with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, surrounded by a fence, where your children can play safely.
Parking for cars and small boats in a private parking of the house.
Reservations are for each apartment individually possible to max.9 persons, or
for both apartments as a whole house with a capacity of 12 + 6 beds, or up to a maximum of 18 people.
Near our house there are: shopping centers, sports center with 3 tennis courts, rent a boat, rent a bike or scooter, banks, post office, fish market, restaurants and bars and a rich tourist offer.
Tourism center, 250 m. from our house (2 to 10-minute walk).
You can visit the sights of the old town of Rab, take a walk in the beautiful nature park Komrcar or use the Full-Day Excursion by boat / day more than 10 programs / or in the evening enjoy the rich cultural / entertainment life.

Not far from the house you will find a shopping center, a sports center with three tennis courts, boat rentals, bicycle rentals, a bank, a post office, a fish market, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars, and more. The harbor is about 200 meters away. From there you can take a city tour or visit the Komrcar Nature Park. The tourist center is also just 200 meters away, a 2- to 10-minute walk. Here you will find the sights of Rab's old town.
