Šikići
Šikići is a suburban settlement in Pula, which administratively belongs to the local board of Busoler.
Šikići is bordered by Monte Turko to the north, Turtijan to the east, Valdebek to the south, and Škatari to the west.
The Ližnjan road, which connects Pula with Ližnjan, passes through the center of the settlement.
The houses are located mainly along the road. The population is mainly engaged in agriculture, cultivating the surrounding fertile fields.
Southeast of Šikići is probably the largest Pula fortress, Fort Turtian. Built into a nearby hill, it formed a defensive ring around the port of Pula, which the Austrians made their main war port in the mid-19th century.
