Medulin is a well-known seaside resort located on the southern tip of Istria.
The town boasts a magnificent, indented, long coastline and is surrounded by a chain of small islands.
Today, Medulin is a popular tourist center.
It also includes the village of Pješćana uvala, which translates roughly to "sandy bay," with its so-called "sandy beach," though it's actually more of a gravel and pebble beach.
The villages of Pomer, Vinkuran, Premantura, and Banjole are part of Medulin.
