The highway to Zadar, ferry Zadar-Preko, 25 km to the island of Pasman, or Highway Benkovac exit Biograd na Moru, ferry Biograd-Tkon 6 km to Pasman.

Neighborhood
The complex is located in the bay, 80 meters from the sea and the sandy beach, where you can cool off with ice cream or a drink in the shade of pines and tamarisk.
On the other hand, in about 500 m, there is another beach, where you can play the beach volleyball, tennis or bowling.
Just 300 meters from the house there is a wild beach outside the field of view that can only be reached on foot or by sea, as well as numerous islands, which you can visit by boat and kayak.
For a tour on the island of Pasman and Ugljan we recommend bikes, jogging or walking on the hills, from which you can see the National Park Kornati.
