Reservations are for each apartment individually possible to max.9 persons, or
for both apartments as a whole house with a capacity of 12 + 6 beds, or up to a maximum of 18 people.
Near our house there are: shopping centers, sports center with 3 tennis courts, rent a boat, rent a bike or scooter, banks, post office, fish market, restaurants and bars and a rich tourist offer.
Tourism center, 250 m. from our house (2 to 10-minute walk).
You can visit the sights of the old town of Rab, take a walk in the beautiful nature park Komrcar or use the Full-Day Excursion by boat / day more than 10 programs / or in the evening enjoy the rich cultural / entertainment life.

Unsere Ferien Haus ist bei Bruder Haus und Restaurant Rio.Das Restaurant RIO ist gut ausgeschildert.
Nach Rab Anreisen : Den ganzen Jahre die schnellste und billigere Möglichkeit ist über Rijeka oder Zagreb,via SENJ bis Fährehafen Stinica.Die Fähre geht Non-Stop oder mindenstens jede Stunde hier und her. Die Fahrt dauert zirka 15 Minuten und kostet je nach Autogrösse und Personanzahl zirka 20 €.

In dem großzügig angelegten und umzäunten Garten (2000 qm) mit Obstbäumen und mediterranen Pflanzen gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz mit Schaukeln sowie eine große und einladende Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenschirmen, Liegestühlen,Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl in der Sonne als im Schatten.
Zwei verschiedenen Grills (Holzkohle- und Gasgrill) und einem Außenspülbecken.Außendusche zur gemeinschaftlichen nutzung.
Auf der Terrasse befinden sich Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten.
