Villa Valmonida is situated on the edge of a large oak forest with marked bicycle paths and opportunities for walking and relaxing in nature.
At a distance of 1.5 km from the house there is a possibility to use the tennis courts and at a distance of 4.0 km, there is a possibility of horse riding.
The house is in the central part of Istria end you will be able to visit the beautiful cities Pula, Rovinj, Porec and Labin which are only 30 minutes away by car.
The house is located near a road with little traffic.
